This is a Poker run on your feet. You can run, jog, walk, or all 3. This event is NOT based on time, it is based on the best poker hands. Top 3 poker hands will win prizes. You will go along one of the four 4.5 mile courses and visit each bar establishment in Como. At each stop, you will draw a card towards your hand and receive a small refreshment. Each participant will also receive a bib, event t-shirt, finishers poker chip and post-race snacks and drinks. All participants must be 21 years of age or older for this event. There is a 100 participant max so sign up early. We will be featuring a staggered start time so the courses and establishments do not get over loaded. Participants can start at any time between 11 am and 12 pm and must have their bib (poker hand) turned in by 3 pm! Winners will be announced no later than 4 pm. Registration opens July 1, 2020!

Thinking about Volunteering, but not sure?! We would love your help for this event.
Your duties would be sitting at one of the stops (11am-3pm) along the course to assist with the participants drawing their card, initialing their bib for that card, pouring the 2oz shots of beer, and having the cups of water ready. Have a friend sign up also and I will make sure you get to be at the same stop (2 ppl at each stop, must be 21 years or older).
Volunteer benefits are an event shirt, access to the post event drinks and food, a free entry into a future Semper Running event, and an invite to the annual volunteer appreciation party (date TBD)
